We have been so lucky since the girls were born with clothes. From a friend's co-worker who had twins a little older than the girls that gave us clothes for their first year, to Chris' co-worker and another friend of ours that are always passing down clothes to the girls. We are extremely blessed. We can probably count the new clothing outfits we have purchased for them over the last 6 years on 2 hands. So to pay that forward we always pass down their clothes that don't fit to my niece, daycare families, others in need or to our local Goodwill or resale store.
So for today's random act of kindness I boxed up some clothes for my niece and also gathered a bag for Goodwill. The one thing our girls would never be guilty of is being frivolous with their clothes. They never have an over abundance of clothes at any given time which allows them to love all the clothes they receive from others and really get all the possible wear out of them. Hopefully their clothes will bring the same love to another little girl.
