Day 59 - Pizza for 911 Dispatchers

I was browsing through another bloggers random acts of kindness and got a wonderful idea!  He delivered some pizzas to a homeless shelter staff and I thought I could totally do something similar!  I mean who doesn't love pizza ?!?

I decided the 911 dispatchers and police staff that work overnight probably deal with some of the roughest situations and probably have some pretty stressful nights most of the time.

I thought a few pizzas to the McKinney Police Department would definitely brighten their night so I ordered some to be delivered in secret :).  The officer I spoke with when I was stalking out this random act said about 4-6 staff members work each night so I really hope the couple of pizzas heading their way make their night.  Hopefully taking their minds, even if only temporarily, off the seriousness and possible sadness of their overnight work.
